If You Purchased from a Dealer
If you purchased from a dealer, please contact them directly about their return policies and instructions. We do not accept returns from any source other than this website. The reason is simple: we don't have the money that you paid the dealer for your item. Please note their return policy may be different than those stated on our website. Unfortunately, we have no control over their policies.

If you purchased from DiamondbackFitness.com, we can help. Returns must be within 30-days of purchase and approved prior to shipping a product back. All products must be in original packaging and in new condition. Machines are required to be on a pallet. If returned product is not in original packaging, new condition or on a pallet, a 20% restocking charge will be deducted from the remaining balance to be credited. All refunds will be less shipping, freight, and handling costs incurred both directions.
What About Parts?
All Parts order sales are final and are not eligible for return.
